Apartment Wrestling Match No. 97 – West Coast Title/Contender Raine versus Suzette

This may be a title fight or it may be for the right to fight for the title. If Callie wins the World Title the winner of this match will be the West Coast Club Champion. If not, the winner here gets to face her for the title. Suzette put on quite a showing in the tournament and was narrowly beaten by Sierra. Raine has come on strong lately with her last outing being a complete destruction of Lola.

Raine (5’9 135 pounds 22 y/o) lives in the Seattle area.  She is an aspiring musician and can be seen in clubs around the city.  She is an outdoor enthusiast and lives a very active lifestyle.  When she isn’t singing, working out, or just outdoors Raine works for a small technology company.  Raine’s short interview response about why she would be a good Apartment fighter — “I live my life to the fullest.  I embrace opportunity and I love coming out on top.”

Suzette (5’6 128 pounds 26 y/o) lives in the Dallas area.  She used to be a dancer on a local dance team before meeting her current boyfriend (a married executive at a local company).  She does not work at the present time and views Apartment Wrestling as another fun diversion.  Suzette’s short interview response about why she would be a good Apartment fighter — “These legs are deadly.  I work out regularly and I will dominate my opponents.  Look at me.  I AM the complete package.”

Welcome back to Night of the Champions. This next match up features a battle for either a guaranteed title shot against Callie or the outright West Coast Club Championship depending on whether Callie wins tonight and vacates her West Coast Club Championship title. Suzette made quite a run and left some very strong impressions of her fighting ability in the AWC Tournament. Tonight she faces a bit larger opponent in Raine. Suzette is clearly the favorite to win this match tonight and a number of West Coast Club fighters have been critical of Raine’s selection for this match. Raine comes into the fight following a dominating victory over Lola, but facing Suzette is a much different task. Raine will need to bring her best tonight to be able beat her heavily favored opponent.

There are some strongly differing opinions on this battle. Some think Raine is going to be demolished by her more experienced and frankly tougher fighter. Others think Raine has the physical tools to be a championship level fighter and she just needed some experience which she has gotten. Raine better hope they are right because Suzette just might be in the mood to send a message after being eliminated in the semi-final match in the AWC tournament. All we can hope for as fans is that we get a great battle to watch.

Let’s check in now as the officiator has just finished introducing the fighters and presenting the two fighters with the rules.  The match will consist of four 4 minute rounds with a 1 minute rest period at the end of each round.  The first one to force the other to submit is the winner.  When a round ends the officiator will call for a break and the match will resume after the short rest period.  After four rounds the fifth round will be untimed and will continue until someone submits to end the match.  This match will be a no holds barred fight with the exception that blows to the head will not be allowed.

Raine and Suzette face off before the start of the match. Suzette clearly showing her confidence as she plays to the crowd and tries to humiliate Raine before the fight even starts. The redhead is not amused by Suzette’s behavior and if looks could kill — well you know the rest of that story.
At the signal to begin Raine rushed her opponent catching her unprepared as she pushes past Suzette’s attempts to grapple her and hooks an arm through her opponent’s legs. The crowd lets out a series of loud cheers as Raine begins lifting Suzette off the floor. “Bitch get your AAAHHHHH” yells out Suzette as she feels her opponent begin to bring her off the floor.
With a sudden yank and twist, Raine lifts Suzette off the floor and spins her body. “Fuck you — you mouthy ass bitch!!!” screams out Raine as she lifts, twists and then slams Suzette to the floor on her back. CCCRRRRAAASHHHHH resounds throughout the apartment as the crowd lets out a collective gasp at the savage body slam to the floor. UNNNNHHHH moans out a stunned and dazed Suzette as she stares up at the redhead coming for the next attack.
With Suzette flat on her back on the floor Raine goes on the attack as the crowd watches on just as stunned as Suzette seems to be after being brutally slammed to the floor. Raine drops down slamming her knee directly into Suzette’s exposed and undefended belly. OOOOOOOFFFFFF flies involuntarily out of Suzette’s mouth as the air is driven from her body by the hard knee to the stomach. “All mine!!!!” hisses out Raine as she slides her body over her opponent.
Raine hovers over Suzette and grabs her opponent by the hair yanking her up and burying her face into her chest as she positions her barely resisting opponent. “Let’s finish this early . . . because I sure don’t see you fighting back!!!” taunts Raine as she ragdolls her opponent.
Using her grip on Suzette, Raine pulls her opponent into a body scissors and locks her legs around her opponent’s belly. UUHHHHHNNNNN gasps out Suzette involuntarily as Raine’s long legs snap shut across her body. Raine immediately follows that up by wrapping her arms around Suzette’s neck to choke her as well. Raine has relentlessly gone after Suzette’s air supply in the opening minutes of this match and has Suzette gasping and wheezing for air in her clutches. “SUBMIT TO ME!!!” demands Raine as Suzette weakly pulls at her arm.
Raine continues to squeeze and choke Suzette blocking her access to air. Suzette’s struggles to escape come to stop as her arms drop to the floor. The officiator steps in close and checks on Suzette before yelling out “THAT’S IT . . . LET HER GO!!! THIS MATCH IS OVER SHE IS OUT COLD!!!”
Raine quickly releases Suzette and leaps to her feet throwing her arms into the air as she celebrates her win over Suzette. The officiator calls out “The winner of the match at the 3 minute and 15 second mark of the first round — Raine!!!!”

“Oh my I don’t think I can grasp what really happened just now. Suzette just got dominated and choked out in no time flat. Raine has absolutely destroyed Suzette. The crowd is stunned. The AWC fan base is stunned. I think the only person not stunned is Raine. She will either be taking on Callie or assuming the role of the West Coast Champion if Callie wins her match tonight. Suzette is going to be upset when she regains consciousness. She didn’t have a chance tonight. It looks like Raine caught her unprepared for this fight and made her pay a heavy price. This is just crazy and shocking.”
